Info: We have one hour exclusive hire of Base Jump in Rayleigh from 5pm – 6pm, for Little Heroes and their immediate families.
Please register your interest first of all, with dates and the number of children and adults. We will allocate spaces fairly and confirm your space. We hope to work on this as a month to month booking. Please do not send payment until we have offered you the space officially.
To secure your places we are asking for a £5 contribution per family, once received you will be provided with the password to complete this booking fully.
This activity is heavily subsidised by Find Your Active Funding, if for any reason you are not able to attend please let us know asap. Failure to attend without any contact will result in you being blocked from future Base Jump sessions. We need to ensure we can accommodate as many Little Heroes over the full 4 sessions as possible, once again please consider others, if you are interested in further sessions but have already participated, please contact a member of our admin team as they will be reviewing bookings on a regular basis. Bookings are only available 21 days in advance of the activity to prevent bulk booking, however if you want to book one future session, once again please contact our admin team as we may be able to insert attendee details for future one off sessions where possible.
Guidance for the actual event: please arrive 30 minutes early to be able to obtain your bounce socks from reception and listen to the safety briefing. This will enable all Little Heroes and their families to have the full hour slots for bouncing fun!
The venue generally hold 200 people, however due to covid restrictions this is reduced to 100, to give our families even more space this is reduced further to 70 people in the bounce zone.
Children need to be supervised by a parent or carer. Little Heroes ASD Support Group enables this activity but does not provide supervision or childcare. There are seats from where you can watch your child/ren and a cafe that oversees the bounce area, however if your child is an explorer or/ is a runner then an adult needs to be supervising them all the time. There are fire exits near the toilets/ changing area that are often open to allow ventilation.
Please book per person who will be on the bounce area, we will only allow max one carer per child in the bounce zone to enable more Little Heroes to participate (in past if 2 parents attend with one child, one has sat and watched then changed over half way to give all an opportunity and a rest)! Please be mindful of numbers and only book what you need in the bounce zone.
Please complete the venue’s waiver before attending; https://roller.app/basejump/waivers/3251#/
